"der zweite kurzschluss" reunites bettina and martin one year later on new year's eve. a lot has happened in the past year. while trying to catch up with each other, the two find themselves in a familiar prison situation and are forced to clarify many unspoken things, while fending off other guests who want to disrupt their new year's eve resolutions with battery-powered drills and deep-rooted besserverdiener-anger.
